Plus, the nearby restaurants provided a lot of great dining choices.

I had an enjoyable stay at Home2 Suites in Addison. The kitchen setup in my room made it convenient for preparing snacks and meals. The pool area appeared well-kept and inviting, especially for families. Staff members were kind and attentive, and they went the extra mile to ensure everyone had what they needed, like finding someone who spoke my language when I needed assistance with housekeeping. Breakfast options impressed me with their variety, although I did notice the items could be warmer. The room was spacious, offering plenty of space for my family to move around comfortably. However, during check-in, I felt a bit rushed by the front desk staff when I arrived late. One aspect that could improve is keeping breakfast items hotter. Overall, this hotel blends comfort and convenience well, particularly for families and long stays.

During my two-night stay, the refrigerator in my room was broken, creating a loud, irritating sound that disrupted my sleep. Additionally, I found the noise level on the first floor quite bothersome, especially with outside distractions keeping me awake at odd hours. Overall, the disturbances and lack of proper room maintenance contributed to a less than satisfactory experience.

We also loved the pool area. it was clean and well-kept! Breakfast had plenty of options, but I wish the waffles were a bit warmer. Overall, a great stay for us!
